The conical burrs in casa are inspired by OPTION-O's well-loved 48 conical burr set in the LAGOM mini, delivering delicious taste profile in the cup and providing a forgiving dialing in experience for everyday use. The casa is intentionally designed to run at a low RPM, which helps bring out more uniform grind quality with the Mizen burrs.
