An order is only accepted once confirmed by café corner and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before submission, as cancellation requests may not be possible once accepted. Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our withdrawal policy (see below). You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the one valid at the time of order confirmation. We are not liable for shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates only. Ownership and risk transfer to you once products are handed to the shipping carrier.

Café corner uses STRIPE to provide the Services. However, all purchases are directly between you and café corner.

Personal data collected is governed by our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to STRIPE's Privacy Policy. STRIPE processes certain data to provide Services, potentially in other countries.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback (ideas, suggestions, reviews, etc.), you grant café corner a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. We are not obligated to keep feedback confidential, pay compensation, or respond. You confirm that your feedback does not violate third-party rights.

A contract is formed upon order and acceptance confirmation by café corner. Pre-ordered goods must be collected within 7 days.
SECTION 29 – PRODUCT RANGE
All product information is non-binding. Changes in design, technology, pricing, and availability are reserved.
SECTION 30 – DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. Standard delivery: 1–4 business days if in stock. Shipping costs apply. Non-acceptance results in full shipping charge.
SECTION 31 – RETENTION OF TITLE
Goods remain property of café corner until full payment is received.
SECTION 32 – SHIPPING FEES
Flat rate CHF 6.50 within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Free shipping from CHF 60 order value. Special conditions apply for large machines (e.g., La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino). Delivery within 2.5-hour radius of major Swiss cities.
SECTION 33 – EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customer bears all customs, taxes, and import fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECTION 34 – RIGHT OF RETURN
Returns within 7 days only. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. 15% administrative fee deducted from refund value. Certain items excluded: gift vouchers, downloadable products, personalized items. Return address will be provided during the return process.
SECTION 35 – REFUNDS
Refund issued after inspection. 15% administrative fee applies.
SECTION 36 – LATE REFUNDS
If refund not received, contact info@cafe-corner.ch. Discounted items may be non-refundable.
SECTION 37 – RETURN SHIPPING
Customer bears return shipping costs. Tracking recommended for items over CHF 100.

SECTION 39 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Orders may be withdrawn within 7 days unless shipment has begun. Electrical goods over CHF 220 excluded. Payment provider fees (3.5%, when choosing credit card payment) are non-refundable.
SECTION 40 – PAYMENT TERMS
Prices in CHF. Payment by credit card, prepayment, or cash.
SECTION 41 – WARRANTY & LIABILITY
Electrical appliances: 24-month bring-in warranty unless otherwise stated.
Commercial use: 1 year warranty. Warranty excludes misuse, scaling, wear and tear. Repair preferred over replacement. No warranty on batteries.
SECTION 42 – COURSE CANCELLATIONS
Free cancellation up to 14 days before course start. Later cancellation fees apply (50% or 100%). Courses included with machine purchase must be used within 3 months.
SECTION 43 – ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
Café corner may accept changes and charge 3.5% (min CHF 5) fee. If delivery impossible, payment refunded.
SECTION 44 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, text remain property of café corner. Unauthorized reproduction prohibited.
SECTION 45 – JURISDICTION & LAW
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Valais, Switzerland.
SECTION 46 – FINAL PROVISIONS
Only the french version is legally binding. Café corner reserves the right to amend Terms at any time.
